As JLV’s Human Resources Manager, Cindy manages the business’ staffing requirements and provides company-wide support. Cindy joined the JLV family in 2011 after holding the position of office manager for 17 years at The Psychology Clinic of Lake Charles in Louisiana. Cindy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Office Administration from McNeese State University. Then in 2014, Cindy received her PHR in Human Resources and her SHRM Certified Professional, SHRM-CP in 2015. Cindy and her husband, Joel, have two sons.
Daniel is the Business Process Manager of the Commercial Services Division for Jones Legacy Ventures. Before joining JLV in 2019, Daniel was employed as a Design Manager for an East Texas industrial fire protection subsidiary of the APi Group, a specialty construction holding company. He also proudly served his country for eight years in the U.S. Air Force as an airman in civil engineering. Daniel and his wife, Ashley, are the parents of a young daughter and two boys.
As Director of Safety and Fleet for Jones Legacy Ventures, Glenn develops and drives strategic and operational implementation of safety, regulatory, and company policy compliance. Prior to joining JLV, Glen worked extensively in the building materials industry for over 30 years in a number of roles. Glen has an Associate degree and several certifications in Safety and Lean Principles. Glen and his wife, Christy, are the parents of six children and grandparents to one grandchild.
Jerry is Chief Marketing Officer for Jones Legacy Ventures and facilitates the company’s growth, sales, and marketing strategies. Before officially joining the company in 1983, Jerry was a salesman for Brown Oil Tools. Four years later, Jerry, along with his siblings, purchased the Cassity Jones Company from their father. Jerry majored in Industrial Distribution and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University. He and his wife, Lisa, are the proud parents of two children and have three grandchildren.
In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Jimmy is responsible managing all of Jones Legacy Ventures’ financial actions. Previously, he was an auditor at Houston’s First City National Bank. When he joined Cassity Jones in 1978, Jimmy introduced the first computer into the company. Then, in 1987, Jimmy and his siblings purchased the company from their father. Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in Accounting, where he also served in the Corps of Cadets. He and his wife, Vicki, have three children and six grandchildren.
John is the current Board Chair and past CEO of Jones Legacy Ventures. He has enjoyed a long and successful career in the construction industry, starting as a teenager in the ’60s. He joined the board of Cassity Jones to head up its special projects in the early ’80s. Then, in 1987, John and his siblings purchased the company from their father, Cassity. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Lisa, their two children and five grandchildren, as well as serving his community.
Kyle is Jones Legacy Ventures’ Corporate Controller and oversees the company’s accounting operations. Kyle officially joined JLV in 2016, and he brings a great deal of expertise and an extensive background in finance to his role. Previously, he was Division Controller for FTSI, a global oilfield services company. Kyle earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas. He and his wife, Aubree, have two daughters.
In his role as Corporate Systems Manager for Jones Legacy Ventures, Mike ensures that the company’s IT systems and special project needs are met. Mike originally joined the Cassity Jones Company in 1978. As part of his long tenure with JLV, he managed the company’s Tyler operations from 1985 - 2004 before transitioning to his present role in the corporate office. Mike and his wife, Jennifer, have three children and five grandchildren.
Natalie is Communications Liaison for Jones Legacy Ventures. She works to promote the organization and its family of brands by reaching out to the variety of communities that JLV serves. Prior to joining the company in 2018, Natalie worked in accounting for a local environmental firm. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Tyler. Natalie and her husband, Matt, have three boys.
As General Counsel for Jones Legacy Ventures, Tim is the company’s legal representative and assists in all law-related matters. Before joining the company in 2002, Tim specialized in civil litigation as a name law partner in Merriman, Patterson, Connolly, Hughes & Moore, P.C. in Longview, TX. Tim received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin in 1985 and his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1989. He and his wife, Amie, have three children.
Cason joined Jones Legacy Ventures in 2017 and is President & Chief Executive Officer. He leads the growth and strategic direction of the company. Previously, Cason was a Division Manager for APi Group, a specialty construction holding company out of Minneapolis, MN. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Army, where he served as a field artillery officer for six years. Cason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from SMU’s Cox Business School. Cason and wife, Kendra, have four sons.
